Do I have to pay for the shipping label?

Yes, we charge $6, which you will see deducted from your total refund amount.

How do I get my store credit?

The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. You can use this at the checkout. If you have any questions, please let us know.

What are your conditions of return?

We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, Health Code Regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of any packaged panties, shapewear, and hosiery that have been opened and appear tried on.

How long before I get my refund/credit?

Once we've received the items, it can take an additional 7-10 business days to put your items through checks, and issue the credit.

How long do I have to return my items?

We have a 30 days returns policy. If you miss the deadline of 30 days we can no longer give you a full refund, but instead (at our discretion*) we will issue you store credit which you can use to purchase anything you desire from Brayola!

I have an Elila Bra, how do I return this?

If you have an Elila bra, please contact us at support@brayola.com and we will organize your RMA.
